SYSTEM ANALYST
The responsibilities and deliverables each for the general skill sets are not limited to the following. :-
- Accept high level requirements received from business and work with the business to refine the requirements
- Develop, review, negotiate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders
- Develop necessary use-cases/test scenarios (application and infrastructure) and role analyses as an input to design
- Confirm delivery and completion of all requirements documentation and secure agreement of business sponsor
- Able to work in a team
- Establish effective change control for user requirements
- Distribute and communicate requirements documents to all IT stakeholders (formal stage gate, especially if design onwards is outsourced)
- Design technical solution including high level (entity – relationship, data flow) to low level (field structures, database schemas) design
- Develop technical design that will support the development, execution and operations of the service
Deliverables
- Documentations such as below:
- Technical proposal
- Mock up screen
- System architecture
- Knowledge transfer (if deem necessary)
- Approved timesheet by client
Experiences
Knowledge not limited to:
- Knowledgeable in portal development
- Knowledgeable in mobile application.
- Knowledgeable in custom built application (.Net)
- Knowledgeable in sharepoint.
- Knowledgeable in agile and Scrum development.
- Experience and knowledge in documentation review.
- Advantage if has experience and knowledge in coding (.Net)
