• Plan and manage subcontractor for technical site survey, sitea cquisition, and site integration activities.
• Coordinate work of subcontractor and monitor their progress.  Managing the network delivery, directing, monitoring and controlling the network roll out activities to deliver project within stipulated timeline.
• Ensure projects are executed to company procedures, guidelines and HSE standard.
• Attends on site and remote meeting as necessary to assist and provide input into Network Installation Plan and Meter Roll out for alignment with Network Installation and System Turn-up.
• Works with RF team to come up with proper schedule and plan for Network Optimization/Tuning.
• Carry-out the tuning activities to ensure network tuning recommendations are being implemented.
• To validate and approve invoicing from contractors.
• Creates weekly/monthly network deployment plan, contractor reporting and payment status.
• Works with installation contractors and customer to determine network element installation standards.
• Approve all the documentation from contractors on installation BOQ after reviewed by project engineer.
• Support PMO requirement

Education Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years experience in Mass Network Communication Project related activity
