NETWORK ENGINEER
(SYSTEM ENGINEER)
A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities :-
- Works with the System Manager to prepare daily/weekly data extracts.
- Manage Equipment Configuration Database, Manage Data Entries in HES/NEMS and perform Network Equipment Commissioning.
- Ensures Network Equipment and HES/NEMS are functioning and scheduled tasked performance are tracked to perform meter commissioning and meter reading tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting tasks promptly when network failure occurs
- Performs System debug and troubleshooting in case of failures.
- Performs system audit prior to handover to customer.
- Performs remote network device investigations/troubleshooting in case of network device failures.
- Escalate to System Manager promptly in case of complicated or noncompliance incident to avoid prolong delay in service recovery
- Ensure knowledge transfer is performed by vendor and capable technically to perform task without depending on vendors continuously.
- Escalate if vendor is not doing knowledge transfer as per agreement for management to take action

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years experience in IT Infrastructure Project
