NAN COMMUNICATION ANALYST
(NETWORK ENGINEER)

Accountability & Responsibility
  • Works with the System Manager to prepare daily/weekly data extracts and reports.
  • Support Network Equipment Commissioning.
  • Ensure commissioning tasks for meters are working well and monitor the success rate of commissioning
  • Ensures HES are working as per requirement and escalate issues to System Manager if any complication cases
  • Performs System debug and troubleshooting in case of failures.
  • Performs meter performance audit prior to handover to customer.
  • Support remote network device investigations/troubleshooting in case of network device failures.
  • To produce and share the meter performance dashboard to ensure all reporting delivered effectively
  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
  • Prepare and verify data sharing to upper management, external stakeholders and etc.
  • Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
  • Ensure knowledge transfer is performed by vendor and capable technically to perform task without depending on vendors continuously.
  • Escalate if vendor is not doing knowledge transfer as per agreement for management to take action

Education & Experience
Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in IT Infrastructure Project
