MICROSOFT.NET DEVELOPER
(AUTOMATION)
A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding and analysis of business requirements through interacting with business users.
- Analysis to create innovative solutions within Power Automate platform
- Work closely with application/system owners who are executing the systems involved
- Develop and support for pilot processes
- Facilitate design and develop processes utilizing best standards
- Develop solutions in accordance to process specifications
- Perform realistic assessments of development time
- Plan for bot deployments and part of deployment activities
- Conduct research and analysis to create innovative solutions
- Work closely with application/system owners who are supporting the systems involved in the automation
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop solution documentation to include flowcharts, layouts and diagrams
- Keep up to date with latest security technology, methodology and development
- Research new component/features introduced in Microsoft Power Platform

Basic Qualifications
- Certified as a Microsoft M365 Developer Associate Certified Microsoft Power Automate Developer
- Experience in areas related to process automation leveraging on Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.
- Experience using JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Business skills and experience in IT, accounting, finance or operations.
Advantages
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification.
- Certification in one or more other automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- 1-3 years experience in .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in areas realted to SharePoint workflow design
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu(for Malaysian candidate)
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts.
