A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities :-

▪Define the project plan and schedule, manage project procurement and coordinate with vendor to reach common agreement on timeline, milestones, deliverables and deadlines.

▪Adhere to the Project Management Office (PMO) requirements of the infrastructure PMOincluding creation of weekly/monthly status with updated schedule, budget and risk

▪Manage the project reporting which includes project log to incorporate all issues, action items, risks and reviewed it on a weekly/monthly basis with steering committee to identify eacalation and mitigation strategies.

▪Managing project budget and also managing resources.

▪Manage project implementation milestones, stake holder management and deliverables.

▪Understand and manage project contracts/agreements.

▪Coordinates and/orconduct all activities comply to Standards, Circulars, Regulations and Audit requirments.

▪Ensure system quality control during project implementation and comply as per customer requirement.

▪Ensure complete and adequate project handover documents, traininigs and support structure from vendor (if any) to Operations.

▪Document lesson learned and project closing activities.
