IT HELPDESK SAP-BILLING

 

A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities :-

  • Manage incident and problem tickets raised by user. 
  • Manage user complain and provide guidelines to resolve the issues. 
  • Implement rectification on behalf of end user when issue cannot be resolved at user operation level. 
  • Assist to perform DAT/SIT/UAT for mini projects, change request and problem tickets. 
  • Prepare full documentation of DAT/SIT/UAT testings for user verification. 
  • Assist to provide awareness to user through workshops upon deployment of new changes to the system. 
  • Manage the “on demand” tasks/assignments e.g. status reports, statistics for the Management, etc. 
  • Ensure System Quality assurance during system implementation. 
  • Create a positive working environment that fosters team collaboration. 
  • Effectively communicate updates with respective team. 

 

Advantages
