Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge in Silverlake Banking System 
  • Wide experience in DSP and MBASE handler 
  • Port setup 
  • Handler DSP port configuration 
  • Able to troubleshoot and identify bottleneck, handler problem 
  • Able to enhance to expand handler program 

Job Scope

  • Analyze performance end to end transaction in out during low and peak volume 
  • Identify bottleneck 
  • Document and present all the finding: diagram, flow from DSP to Mbase end to end 
  • List out recommendation and action to do enhancement.
