Title: System Designer (Product & Pricing)
- Manage back-end requirements for new & existing retail offerings to enable a seamless user experience across platforms and channels (e.g. product & pricing information)
- Execute back-end requirements for new & existing retail offerings to enable a seamless user experience across platforms and channels (e.g. product & pricing information)
- Execute and monitor daily operations of product & pricing by business users upon deployment for certain period of time.
- Explore and propose initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience for product and pricing related modules for business users
- To work with Demand Management Team, Business Process Owner & key users for any issues or solution advisory for product & pricing
- Collaborate with business users to understand the needs and requirements and translate into Retail Technology Solutions system design for product and pricing
- Facilitate business users to produce analysis or reporting for the business operation needs through data extraction or report design related to product & pricing
Minimum
Requirements
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or Computer Science. Any Professional Certificate in IT, Computer Science or a related field of study will be advantageous.

- MBA and/or post-graduate qualifications in fields related to energy, strategy or business development
- Extensive knowledge on the Malaysian energy retail market (incl. regulatory requirements, etc.), future as well as strategic management, performance processes, procedures and policies
- Leadership of digital and data-centered transformation initiatives.
- Past experience in commercial and/or pricing related functions
Title: System Designer (Marketing, Feedback Management & Customer Loyalty)
- Develop system to execute, track and respond on marketing , customer feedback and loyalty.
- Execute and monitor daily operations of marketing and feedback management system and applications such as Salesforce, SAP, myTNB portal upon deployment for certain period of time.
- Explore and execute feasible marketing and feedback management-related platforms, solutions and initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- To work with Business Process Owner & key users for any issues or solution advisory for marketing, feedback management and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with business users to understand the needs and requirements and translate into Retail Technology Solutions system design for marketing, feedback management and customer loyalty purpose.
- Facilitate business users to produce analysis or reporting for the business operation needs e.g marketing performance, SRC analysis during crisis, customer loyalty programs
Minimum
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations/ customer service/sales/marketing
- Experience working in system & IT related solutions

- Formal trainings in project and program management, agile project management, SAP methodologies (Assemble to Order (A2O), Accelerated SAP (ASAP) or Activate)..
- Good understanding of the latest SAP innovation topics such as Business Transformation, Digital Economy, in-memory computing, cloud and Internet of Things, S/4Hana.
